RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Items can only be exchanged as we currently do not offer any refunds.
- You are entitled to ask for an exchange if the wrong product (a style different from what you had ordered online) has been delivered to you. Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com so we can arrange the return and dispatch the correct order.
- We will exchange any ALSH item that is defective or may have been damaged during the shipping process. This damage is restricted to ‘product damage’ only and does not cover damaged packaging. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Request for exchanges must be registered with our customer care team within 3 days of receiving the product, following which no exchange claims will be entertained.
- Please note that returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging with their seal intact.
